The Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) is an initiative that impacts student learning. The key to improving student learning is meaningful faculty engagement throughout the QEP process. This workshop will study one institution’s QEP, now in its fourth year, to explore approaches on how to engage faculty in the planning, implementation and assessment stages of the QEP.
